X2 Atmospheric Thrusters

Description
Adds an additional set of Atmospheric Thrusters with 2x the power.

Slowdown Factor (deceleration) has also been improved.

These new thrusters can be found in the 'G' menu and identified by their blue icons.

Does not replace the original thrusters.

This is part of a series of mods aimed at rebalancing several aspects of Space Engineers. The goal is to bring many of the game's underpowered blocks up to reasonable levels, without making them overpowered. Most of these mods take the form of doubling or trebling the original values, but I will not be altering every block, only those I consider to be especially weak.

Update for new low profile ducted fan thrusters? Energetically, their interaction with higher airmass using less aerodynamic machinery leads to better efficiency and thrust
