@Poisoned Idea I have the feeling the wehraboo devs remove a buff from the USSR every update anyways.

Playing for soviets and don't have buffs for civ industry from decision Dalselmash and from extra civilian fuel.

@Sol Inherent I think the attribute of armored reconnaissance company is low, because in reality, armored reconnaissance vehicles are often more suitable for reconnaissance missions than motorcycles and light tanks.Countries have also equipped armored vehicles for reconnaissance of armored divisions

depends on the difficulty-level; usualy ITA joins axis soon after fall of Paris [on the easiest level ITA in my games once joined axis even BEFORE western campaign] - be patient!

Playing as germany, Italy refuse to join Axis. I completed the focus alliance with Italy, and this didn't help. Without Italy support, I can't capture France

I'm playing on Black Ice difficulty.

Separate topic: Playing as Germany, cruiser to carrier conversions can only have the tier 1 "Early Hullform". That's sufficient for converting Emden class cruisers, but can't convert other cruisers with a tier 2 "Improved Hullform". Previously the other hullforms were available and all other cruisers could be converted.

What difficulty are you on?

Something's broken with Allied AI land unit experience. Majority of Belgium's divisions are elite before any fighting started. Ditto with France -- majority are max level 21 elite of elite before any fighting starts.
This is probably why everyone's saying it's more difficult.

For some reason the German Focus tree is now the vanilla tree? Is it supposed to be that now or have i screwed something up somehow?
