Rain Lakes

Description
Adds a marker for a future lake. It will be filled with rains when they start. At the beginning water surface will look ugly because of "waves" effect. You can elevate the water level with a button, until it looks OK. The lake will improve the "Water" teraforming parameter and local soil quality, when the rains fill in enough water.
The mod is based on ChoGGi's "Place-a-Lake" mod, thanks to him and his tutorials!
New version:
1) The terrain height is shown in the infopanel during the construction process.
2) The lake filling progress is shown in the building infopanel.
3) The lake markers are now built instantly!

@tanyfilina Thank you for your help and for making this mod. I've managed to wrangle all my lakes to the right max level with the adjustment button. If anyone else is having trouble with overflows because you placed lots of lakes (I have 25), Choggi's expanded cheat menu has a function under Game > Objects to search through a list of all objects of a specific type and I used that to go through all my rain lakes and set new max heights when they overflowed:meephappy:

@chewychance, there is a limit, I don't remember for sure, but I think it is of 1000 units. You can always decrease the highest level with a button.

I love this mod, having lakes fill up natural low points is way better than making fake ones. I would like some clarification if possible to manage overflows. Do the placed lakes fill up endlessly or is there a limit on the number of steps from the manually set height that they will ebb and flow between rains?
If there is a limit, how many steps below overflow should i set the heights to avoid map-painting?

@mankol have you tried it and it didn't work? I have updated it (as far as I understand, the upload and update functions are dubious) in June.
