1) The terrain height is shown in the infopanel during the construction process.
2) The lake filling progress is shown in the building infopanel.
3) The lake markers are now built instantly!

Fixed some mistakes, now the lakes should start to improve "Water" teraforming parameter immediately when the temperature reaches "liquid water" level.
