Based on the real world Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane and its military version the CH-54 Tarhe.
This is a Small Vessel designed to transport my container style hover vessels (or other similar sized vessels with docking pads on their roof) quickly through the air, into space, and even to other planets.

Features;
Transports Container style hover vessels under its fuselage
CPU Level 2, 100% efficiency
Short Range Warp Drive
Fast Forward Speed even while carrying heavy loads
Container Controller with many extensions hidden inside fuselage
Airtight Cabin
Seating for Pilot
Fridge
Oxygen Station
Detector
Wireless Connection

Caution:
This vessel is unarmed and lightly armoured, this is intentional to maximise its performance while carrying heavy loads, do NOT take it into combat!

Got my computer fixed and everything re-installed, I should have the container uploaded in the next day or two

Carrying the container is its main purpose, but it can also be used as a scout or cargo ship even without the container.

OK, I've increased the size of the thrusters in the tail, it's almost doubled the yaw and faintly improved pitching up.
I tried adding some RCSs to it but they did almost nothing so I removed them again.
It still turns way slower than it did before the nerf, but it is a bit better
