BF BC2 Isla innocentes

Description
A map heavily inspired and dedicated to one of the best(THE BEST) MP shooters i have ever played...Bad company 2. I set about making this map based off of isla inocentes for two reasons...one,the map was alot of fun with air and water assaults,and two,i simply couldnt find many water based maps in the workshop.

Map is optimized and runs well,medium to long range engagements and alot of sniping can be had.

Its a combined arms map,water transport,attack boat,transport helo,quads and APCs.
The AI is pretty difficult when it comes to navigating water and it took a while to create this map so that they could navigate well,and thankfully they now do.

Hope you enjoy,any feedback is welcome.If enough people enjoy the map il make more BC2 related maps and possibly BF3.

This map is currently being reworked.It will better resemble BC2 map in scale and detail.Currently polishing caspian border and creating a new BF3 map,but this map will not be abandoned.The next version will be quite different but still keeping with the current theme

Updated map with a fix to micro stuttering that was caused by the vehicle spawners,and AI spawning in tight areas.I was trying to figure out why the map micro stuttered alot every so often and finally after so many tweaks,i nailed it down to the spawn modules causing the issue.

If anyone was having any kind of stuttering that was not hardware related,it should be drastically improved or outright eliminated now.

@hilowats i could say i fit in that ship too ;) Glad your not getting more crashes.Recent update addressed some NAV issues,if ANYTHING i did while creating the map was crashing it,it would have only been that,and its solid now.

Map updated. Significant changes to make the map alot more fun and balanced and general improvements.Should feel more chaotic in a good way ;)

@Redarmy yeah I don't think you should bother redoing the map, balanced or not it's still very cool.
By the way, I've tried the map in point match, and it is indeed much more balanced! :D
Sadly the attack boat was of little help because all enemy bots would target it as soon as it was claimed, and RHIBs didn't offer much challenge because the AI doesn't know how to coordinate an attack with them, but the map was still loads of fun to play! ^0^

@StickguyPaul Unfortunately that is down to the AI.. i could reshape the map but it wouldnt fit my vision or maintain true recreational feel of the original.Iv tested it in point match and there it is balanced,and since that is also the standard mode in these types of games,i gota accommidate that.

I have made an update today doing my best to change things so slightly for skirmish mode,try it if you didnt already.Other wise maybe wait a while,as il be making a Rush game mode for all the BF maps i create,which is an attack / defend mode,if the mode does infact play well in ravenfield.

@Redarmy even if raven (or whoever is on the RUS side) begins with control of those flags they quickly lose it, usually when eagle reinforcements arrive. U_U
Taking control of the flags is not the problem, the problem is maintaining said control.

And although tweaking the balance slider will surely help reach a balance, I personally don't like using it, specially on such big maps. XS
