Fixed micro stuttering that would periodically happen due to spawner modules

Fixed neighbour issues that were missed.

Fixed pier flag=AI would sometimes attempt to swim to island,now only use vehicles.

Tweaked all vehicle spawn positions to be slightly either off ground or in more open space to cater to modded vehicles.

Added some more rock formations to block LOS to certain areas causing unbalanced issues.

Added avoidance areas on very tight parts of map so vehicles(namely APC) would not get stuck.

Tweaked some small things to increase optimization.

Fixed some floating objects.

Fixed an issue with Eagle team helicopter spawn point causing flip on take off.This is a vanilla bug i worked around.

Fixed pathing of eagle quad from spawn-sometimes AI didnt move.

Fixed AI swimming from island to island.Should now prioritize boats or ignore flag if none available at that time.

Added two new structures -One for interior CQB near flag,one for overhead cover from threats.

Added alot more cover,objects,trees,and clutter to block LOS from certain angles-all in all the match flows much better.

Added TOW to road stretch to aid Raven defending an open area against APC of enemy.

Changed attack boat spawn.Its now near road flag,in order to balance map.I tested this and had three straight games of neck and neck scores

Tweaked some shoreline real estate so boats could better beach there

Removed one of three Ribs for each deployment area-were not needed and should boost performance.

Added more detail to the map.New rocks and foliage which create cover and defilade

Added ambient audio- slight breeze and seagul sounds added.

Added gaurd tower for road capture point

Changed Raven gimme flag MG position now a TOW for balancing reasons.

Tweaked various spawn positions,capture points ever so slightly.Should make match start more balanced for Raven side

Changed neighbours . Eagle cant attack Raven base and vice versa

Removed one transport helo on neutral point
Removed 2 boats on a neutral point
Removed 2 out of 4 stationay TOWS(They were redundant and the would only contribute to less FPS)
Removed 1 quad on a neutral point -Vehicle reduction should help with performance.On average iv gained 5FPS throughout a playthrough.

Added more cover and concealment for road stretch area
Added some more foliage and textures
Added cover to new capture point area

Tweaked/Moved one of the capture points on main island(check screen shots map image) - this was done to open up the engagement areas and spread fighting more across the central island

Fixed various clipping/floating objects
