The build is not that long in itself but getting the proportins right and the propsystem working surely more than 20 hours.
Yes the center of Mass should come down quite a lot. A stabilizer and I think a fin one is apropriate.
I have been looking a bit in the dimensions of these super yachts. The bottom of the hull should be deeper. I'm now busy with a hull of Madame Gu. It goes slowly but it is clear that the hull underwater should at least go 2,5 m (10) blocks deeper.
If I find the time I will adapt this form. Feel freel to adapt this one.
I had to think about your comment. I think you mean Width instead of thin?
Yes it is a elongated form. But it copies the hullform and the numbers I can find.
Did an experiment. Replaced the roof and the two upper decks with wing front parts. The center of mass dropped 50-55 cm. If you add engines etc down in the ship the whole center of mass will come down a meter plus.
