Improved repeatable technologies

Description
2.7.*compatible.
A small mod but may reduce the amount of operations.
Are you feel annoyed about paying attention to repeatables every year? If you have a mod that increases the speed of scientific research, you may have to click on the research bar every month, which may greatly reduce the fun of playing.This mod can greatly reduce the frequency of clicks, but does not affect the game balance. In this mod 5 repeatables are merged into 1(including techs that are not infinite like building time tech). Now, these 5-level-limited technologies can be researched only once.
【Attention】:In order to avoid mod conflicts, the debuff of the fallen empires has been removed, and now their combat power is much stronger than before, please be careful.

The following are the points required to research each level of repeatable technology:
level1-325000 (55000+60000+65000+70000+75000=325000)
level2-450000 (80000+85000+90000+95000+100000=450000)
level3-575000
level4-700000
level5-825000 ......

Thanks to Paradox and the research points will not overflow to 0 if it is more than 2140000.

In order to improve the problem about large amount of engineering technology options that makes it hard to select the required technology, some new technologies, for example, research alternatives technology and resource limit technology are added. Furthermore, the ship health technology which had been deleted by paradox is recovered because of the overwhelming advantages of arc weapons in combat. It may help to slightly increase the combat effectiveness of AI.

The following is a list of infinite repeatable technologies:
Physics(per level):5 techs
energy produces +25%
shield +25%
energy weapon damage +25%
energy weapon fire rate +25%
(new)Maximum resources +20000

Society(per level):7 techs
food produces +25%
admin cap +50 +2%
edict length +50%
army damage +25%
army health +25%
leader age +25 Years
Naval capacity +100 (1 to infinile)

Engineering(per level):11 techs
minerals produces +25%
military station hull +25%
military station damage +25%
ship hull +25%
armor +25%
explosive weapon damage +25%
explosive weapon fire rate +25%
kinetic weapon damage +25%
kinetic weapon fire rate +25%
strike craft weapon damage +50%
strike craft weapon fire rate +50%

new or changed technology:
starbase capacity +5 (1 to 5)
fleet command limit +50 (1 to 5)
(new)research alternatives +1 (4-level-limit)
(new)housing usage -5% (3-level-limit)

In the original mod, Dessanu Consonance's fleet would become weirdly weak because the compensations calculated for fallen empires are also applied to them, but this mod does not have this problem.
