Description
[Updated for 2.8.0 !!!]

Improves the Aristocratic Elite civic by changing the Noble job to the following stats:

+4 Stability
+4 Amenities
+4 Unity
+4 Admin Cap

Unmodded Nobles provide only +5 Stability and +3 Unity, which in some cases is better or worse than a generic Administrator job depending on how low the planet's amenities are.

By my math, these new stats make Nobles roughly in line with High Priests and Science Directors and justify spending the civic slot. They also give the Aristocratic Elite civic a specific niche of being geared more towards "wide" expansion-style gameplay whereas the other civics are more "tall"-ish.

May not be compatible with other mods that make changes to 01_ruler_jobs.txt

In short, the mod does not work even though it is at the top of the list.

Apparently the mod works, but my citizens do not want to work as nobles. The building stays like this 0/1

This mod seems to work well with 3.0.3, but I think a slight nerf is warranted: Nobles want to live in luxury, so there should be an added Job Upkeep of 1 Consumer Good per Job, in contrast to other Ruler Jobs which sensibly do not require this.

Every one of my mods is independent of the others. This one only edits the file for Ruler jobs and makes the listed changes to Nobles. I personally play with all my mods activated.

I plan on updating this soon for the new patch.

I don't think it makes sense to compare a Ruler stratum Job with a Worker stratum Job.

is this Noble upgraded from the perspective of your already modded Clerk? or upgraded from the perspective of a vanilla Clerk?
