Luxuries Revamped

Description
Makes luxury resources more powerful and diverse, as well as some other misc. changes.

Inspired by Civ 6, I changed the base and improved yields of luxuries to;
a. be more interesting
b. be more diverse in the advantages they give
c. hopefully balance them out between each other
Food based luxuries will help you grow, Cotton, Dyes and Furs will make you rich and Salt is no longer OP. Rejoice!

Compatibility: Incompatible with any mod that changes Luxury Resource yields.

Chages:
Most luxury resources have had their base and improved yields changed
All luxury resource yields are now standardised, with a base yield of 2 and a further yield of +2 when improved (details below)
Bison Resource now receives +1 Food in cities with a Granary
Cocoa Resource now receives +1 Food from the Sun God pantheon

Hi! Can you bring some civ 6 resources to that are not present in civ 5, please?
