Better Localized Text [WOTC]

Description
Makes several various edits to UI text, for brevity, clarification or flavor.
These changes are cosmetic only and do not actually change any functionality in the game. Should work with all UI mods, because this does not change any UI systems, it merely edits the text that is pulled from those systems to display to the player.

+ All references to "clips" correctly changed to "magazines" or "mags".
+ Covert Action risk of capture/ambush/wound now show a percentage instead of Low, Moderate, High risk.
+ Mission Difficulty will now be displayed as Medium, Hard, and Extreme (instead of Moderate, Difficulty and Very Difficult).
+ "Lightly Wounded" and "Gravely Wounded" changed to "Light Wounds" and "Grave Wounds" to avoid scrolling text in mission summary UI.
+ Clarifies Chosen "Retribution" as Chosen "Extermination" - because when it says that the Chosen "clamps down" on resistance operations, what they mean is, they are actually exterminating a camp of resistance supporters to reduce income.
+ Height Dis/Advantage changed to High Ground/Low Ground to avoid scrolling text in UI.
+ When targeting an enemy, the "Weapon Range" bonus is renamed "Close Range" to avoid the UI text scrolling text because it is 1 letter too long.
+ Repeater kill text changed from "Executed" to "Repeater Kill" to clarify that it was the repeater's ability that triggered, causing the kill.
+ Upgrades for the Resistance Ring will now clearly indicate that they also increase the number of simultaneous Covert Actions (if you have the Covert Actions Config "Multiple Covert Actions" mod).
+ When damaging a shielded opponent, display text is "Shield" rather than "Shielded".

+ Other minor tweaks here and there.

100% safe to enable or disable at any time. For more visual text upgrades, check out Enemy Level Ratings.

Does it work with CI?

Valid point. I did take that into considerion before deciding to use "Close Range" as an all-situation text. For instance, the Hunter Rifle and Sniper rifle get an AIM penalty when the target is close. Therefore "Close Range" showing an AIM penalty is still an accurate assessment.

"Weapon Aim" is already in use by the game, some weapons have a built-in AIM bonus (such as Hunter Rifle), so I wouldn't be able to use that term.

Aside from that, I am no longer creating or updating XCOM 2 mods, so if you see anything you would like to change, you are more than welcome to edit them to your liking.

Technically a weapon can have any kind of range table, and it could potentially receive aim penalties up close and aim bonuses at long range.

Also, since this bonus/penalty is potentially different for each weapon, the tooltip should mention something about the weapon.

I suggest replacing this description to something that would be more neutral and would point at the used weapon. Perhaps, "Weapon Aim"?

Yes, unfortunately energy weapons are hard-coded to use the same text as other weapons, so it is not possible (to my knowledge) to set an independent text for energy weapons.

I presume the magazines and such on Plasma Weapons are the equivalent of "batteries" and need to be replaced when the weapon consumes all charges, so no bullets.

Haha yeah. Those silly devs.

I always got a chuckle out of how "extended mags" were described as "increased clip size."

Apparently, Mauser firearms are the big favorite among Firaxis employees <3

Though why plasma weapons require a magazine, I will never know :(

Yes, go to your mod folder: 268500\2101468124\Localization, and open XComGame.int. You can just delete all of the lines that you don't want and it will go back to the default. You may need to also do the same under the "INT" folder and open that file XComGame.int.

I will be doing periodic updates however, and Steam will overwite any changes that you made when this happens, so I would recommend keeping a backup file.

Is there an options text file? I like these changes except for mission diffilcuty.
