Description
Fingo Metro

The Fingo Metro is a Medium duty Van easy to drive and reliable. It has lots of useful features and components. It’s selling feature is the The Smooth Automatic Gearbox which makes it very easy to drive. The Vehicle is produced by us, katstel and Powerstroke736.
To get the best idea of how to use the van, you should read the whole description as it is loaded with features and technology.

General Mechanical Stats
Medium engine
700 Litre Fuel tank
Top speed 120mph
0-60 about 12.5 seconds
4 speed automatic transmission

Features

Automatic Transmission
The automatic transmission can switch between Drive, Reverse, and Park. To switch between any of the modes the vehicle must be travelling under 2km/h. To start the car, the vehicle can only be in the park gear. If you start the car in Drive or reverse, it will essentially turn on the Accessory mode, and a chime will sound. To turn it on again just put the vehicle in park and the engine will start. The selected gear is shown on the Cab display whenever the vehicle is running. When in The Drive mode the vehicle will automatically switch between the 4 drive gears based on speed and engine performance.

Cab Display
The display in the centre of the Dashboard has a few features worth noting. It can only be turned on if the Ignition is in the ON or ACC mode. When it first turns on the Fingo logo will appear for 3 seconds before fading to the regular display. The regular display shows the indicators on the Left for what gear the vehicle is in. By default all the letters will be white, if Park is on the P will be red, if Reverse is on, the R will be yellow, and if Drive is on, then the D will be Green. As well, if the vehicle is in reverse the backup camera will appear on the screen. A warning symbol will flash on the screen and a buzzer will chime if either the driver is out of the seat, or any of the side doors are open while the engine is running.

Lights
The Driver has access to a wide range of different Lights to all be used while driving the Vehicle. There are the regular Headlights for use at night, Daytime running Lights that will illuminate while the engine is running, Taillights and Brake Lights, High Beams with flashers, Interior Lights, gauge lights, and turn signals and hazard lights. It should be noted the use of turn signals and hazard Lights will override the DRLs. In addition, there are Reverse Lights for the reverse gear, along with a reverse beeper.

Drivability
Like the transmission, the suspension and steering setup is designed to be as easy to use as possible for the driver. The steering is light and easy to control, especially at high speeds when you are trying to drive in a straight line, and the suspension rolls into corners to help keep the van balanced. The van isn’t fast but accelerates at a very smooth and realistic pace even when flooring it. If you are driving normally it is very difficult to lose control. The brakes are designed to also be light and easy to use. They use my Brake light controller (which can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2102720975 ) So they work exactly as they would in a simulator, whenever you are pressing the [S] key the brakes will engage. At higher speeds the brakes are designed to slow down less aggressively to slow down slightly, but at lower speeds engage more heavily to stop the vehicle. This ensures that the vehicle can slow down smoothly. Driving aggressively with acceleration and deceleration may cause the engine to stall, especially if you are hauling a trailer. If this happens, simply put the vehicle in park and the engine will start up again.

Doors
The van has 2 front doors, 2 rear sliding doors with windows and a rear Loading door. The rear loading door can open almost 180 degrees so it won’t get in the way of your loading process. Exercise caution when loading items, if they are not secured correctly they could possibly cause severe damage to the rear door hinge and cause it to fail (essentially blowing open the door). Cargo should be stacked securely and away from the rear door if possible.

Gauge Cluster
The van has a wide variety of information presented to the driver as well, it has a fairly standard gauge cluster with Fuel volume in Litres, Battery percentage, Engine Temperature, RPM, and a Speedometer in mph. Along the side of the Dashboard there is also a clock and information on the interior temperature in the vehicle. On the centre console there are also controls to turn on the heaters, parking brake, and hazard lights.

Hauling a Trailer
The trailer hitch can be turned on with the button located to the bottom left of the driver’s seat. It simply toggles on and off. The trailer mode is designed for optimal gearing to haul a heavy trailer and can be switched on using the button located below the Ignition switch. This mode will only activate if Toggled, and if a trailer is connected. When driving a trailer it’s recommended to limit your speed and avoid steep hills to prevent loss of control. Exceptionally heavy or large trailers should not be used as they will severely inhibit the drivability of the vehicle, and they may cause the engine to stall at low speeds. The van is also equipped with the fingo Trailer Brake connecter (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2034003178 ), so it automatically sends a brake signal through to the connected trailer (if it’s equipped with the compatible logic connections which can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2034003740 ).

Other Features
You can use the [up/down] inputs to move the mirrors forward and back, and Use hotkey 5 to control which mirror you are moving. Due to the small size of the mirrors they only work if you are on the highest graphics setting and have them adjusted to the optimal position. Sometimes this input just doesn't work for some reason. i haven't been able to figure this out and it seems completely random, so yeah if it’s not working i would just respawn the vehicle. The van also has a realistic sounding horn that can be activated by holding hotkey 4. It also has an opening hood, To pop the hood, the button located new to the drivers seat can be pressed to toggle it open. The hood area only gives a limited view of the engine as it is recessed fairly low and far back below the dashboard but at least it’s something.

Fuelling and Electric
On the side of the van behind the Driver’s door there are refilling and recharging ports for the fuel tanks and battery store. They can be connected and will charge or fill automatically, then released with the button located above when you are finished. Most likely you will not need to use these.

Other van models
There are 2 other versions of the Fingo Metro from a couple months ago that we decided to update and improve upon (and now the most updated version is this version). If you are interested in looking at them you can find them here:
Old Fingo Metro (cargo): https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2098032826

Fair use

Please do not re-upload this at all. If you want to make changes please ask us in the comments here and state what you are planning to convert it to (or what you are going to change). This was a lot of hard work to make, so we hope you are understanding and respect that.
