Description
No, not lightsabers.
A logic puzzle revolving around a white track platform and a laser.

This setup was inspired by other maps, such as:
Galvanise by Fumbly Bumbly
Jade by Determinated
Reversal by Leomievs
Alternate by K7 Avenger

Notes:
- F6/F7 are strongly recommended. Doing a wrong move can lead to a major setback which requires redoing a lot of steps.
- The small hallway which has life preserver symbols on the entrance/exit is only for anti-trapping and not part of the intended solution. The button there activates the catapult for a short period of time and respawns the cube once it has been spawned before with the catcher.
- The laser catcher that activates the cube dropper has a short activation delay. Once turned on, it will take 2 seconds for the cube to spawn.
- The white track platform will sometimes become unportalable. This bug can be fixed by reactivating it. This is unfortunately beyond my control.
- Glitches or ninja moves such as bhopping, airstrafing, cube tossing etc. are not intended or required. Just don't. All intended moves are easy to execute.
- The two wall surfaces are slightly lowered to make a move more consistent. This messes with the laser a bit unfortunately. It won't get blocked by the slopes creating the slight height differences with only one exception, though that hasn't got anything to do with the solution (and it doesn't prevent an exploit either). Considering there are only 4 surfaces you will understand the behaviour fairly quickly. (Despite this, one move can still fail on rare occasion. Cube physics are wildly inconsistent in this game, so don't hesitate to try something multiple times if it involves this :p)

Yeah this is one of the best maps I've played, its actually crazy that there's only 4 portal surfaces. Favourited :love_seagull:

I had trouble with words for Observatories, lets see how I do for Lightslicer.

Wow. Some of the best subtleties i've seen in a map, one of the best maps I've done period. It's funny, In retrospect, what you have to do feels so obvious, but its so well hidden while playing. the constant combo of creative moves at the second half is such a nice balance to the very logical first half. This one is definitely going to stick with me, no doubt worth a fav!

@Mabel1618 That is certainly creative but not intended as it falls under the category of cube tossing (which the description states is disallowed). If you need a hint, just let me know.

i'm not really sure what the intended final move was. i think i got everything else right up to that point. but at the end, to respawn the cube, i threw it into the exit fizzler

I'm glad I came back today,and this time the final sequence came to my mind very quickly, but I didn't expect that I wouldn't have to do it myself!:BEBEBEBE:
