About this mod
Make Improvements Appeal bonuses/penalties apply to the whole city it belongs to instead of only adjacent tiles. For example, if your city has 1 Mines and 1 City Park, all tiles in the city has +1 Appeal.

Barbarians and Pillaged penalties are unchanged (still -1 Appeal to adjacent tiles).

Some improvements that can be built on neutral territory (Airstrip) will not affect anyone's appeal, but once your border grow and acquire them, there will be penalties.

The City-wide Appeal mod pack
Make most appeal effect becomes city-wide instead of only to adjacent tiles. The pack can be used together although you can use any combination of these:

  • Wonders: +1 Appeal to all tiles per wonder. If you think it's too OP, you can use the Single Wonder mod instead, which give a fixed +2 Appeal if a city has any wonder(s). Note that both mods stack but I don't recommend using both.
  • Districts: +-1 Appeal to all tiles in the city depends on the original district Appeal effect.
  • Improvements: +2 to -1 Appeal to all tiles in the city depends on the original district Appeal effect.

Unfortunately I don't know any possible way to make effects of Features (Forest, Rainforest etc) become city-wide. If anyone can make a mod for that, or suggest a solution, I will make one.
