About the Historic RVA collection

The Historic RVA collection attempts to recreate homes of the style constructed in Richmond VA in the period of 1880s-1930. I will continue to grow this collection over time with special focus on the areas of Church Hiill/Chimborazo, The Fan District and the mansions and grand apartments of the Monument Ave historic district.

Detailers should enjoy this collection as I will reskin many of the models to offer different variations like you would find in real-life neighborhoods. Could be as simple as brick vs siding or fancy windows versus basic windows. I will do my best to keep the poly counts down and share textures among different models. With the Loading Screen mod that will reduce the burden on your RAM. However If you're playing on a potato then when the collection becomes large you may be best to just pick your favorites from the group rather than download all variations.
