Description
-=BACKGROUND STORY=-
XSSN-842 "Shapeshifter" development began just before the end of the war following a requirement to produce an attack submarine that would be faster and better armed yet manned by a smaller crew than the traditional designs due to manpower shortage.
The experimental design shipyard came up with a concept codenamed "Shapeshifter" capable of redeploying its artillery around the ship to concentrate its firepower. A single prototype was produced before the war ended and the project was cancelled and classified shortly afterwards due to budget cuts. Nobody knows what happened to the prototype afterwards. If you ask the former employees of the shipyard they will tell you "One day it was just not here anymore".

Armament:
2 mobile "Scythe" turrets armed with quad coilguns
2 unfolding artillery turrets with railguns

-=FEATURES=-
- Vertical and horizontal sliding turrets
- Automatic batteries with two modes (recharge/anti-surge)
- War emergency power mode for the engine requiering both reactor and battery power at the same time.
- Maintenance mode for the ballast to facilitate the elimination of ballast flora
- Automatic flooding management with two modes (flush/isolate)

-=DESIGN NOTE=-
- This ship can be manned by a relatively small crew in comparison to its size. It has a very powerful armament but the guns cannot be everywhere at once so you have to plan ahead.
- For friendly play there are extra IDs in the captain's safe with colors corresponding to their role.
Comments and bug reports are welcome, I will fix them as soon as possible.
- AI have problem accessing the horizontally movin turrets

the turrets are spawning outside of the ship so i cant use the railguns at all, completely broken

I used Wifi components to communicate between the main sub and the shuttles.

Sorry I really don't have time for Barotrauma at the moment, I'm workin on my own game ; )

Question, so the periscopes are connected to the guns on the turret, even though its a separate entity in the game, how did you get that connection to work? I have am building a submarine and it has a little away sub and im trying to connect the ballast pump from the little sub to the main subs nav terminal so when it floods, it can automatically drain.

Also, feel like levers would look better instead of buttons for controlling turrets position.

Having an issue where the rail gun turrets are spawning further behind on the ship, causing it to be unable to slide out

Not sure why, but in a quick editor test of the sub, moving the top turret compartment had damage from movement.
