Skirmishers rebalanced - Nerfed Missiles

If you don't like seeing your armored troops ripped to pieces before the battle even begins..try this mod. If you're tired of seeing your testudo demolished by rocks...try this mod.

Slingers - Significantly reduced AP, slightly reduced damage.

Archers - Slighly reduced damage.

Javelins - Significantly reduced ammo, slightly reduced AP and damage.
