This mod is there to relieve of the feeling that melee oriented bionic monstrosities are too squishy. By utilizing superhuman reflexes can they now block projectiles and parry melee attacks with their weapons.
Even non augmented pawns can take advantage of this mod, starting at level 15 melee skill they gain a 10% parry chance against projectiles and 20% at level 20 skill melee.

Compatibility:
+Dual wielding parries worse but the pawn gets two chances to parry instead.
+Cybernetic Organism and Neural Network: Some bionics\implants benefit from this mod.

The mod doesn't let you parry the Gorehulk projectiles from the Anomaly DLC. Is this a bug?

I thought that melee would gain Transcendent Reflexes when it reached level 20, but am I mistaken?
How does it work in the vanilla game?

Does this MOD grant new special features when melee reach level 15? Even when a pawn's melee reaches level 15, the enhancement effect does not seem to appear.
Is this probably because “Endless Growth” is being used?

its specific to mods that deal damage to the limb receiving the surgery, and because Evolved Organs Redux adds additional arms etc it appears they made the surgeries use said function to remove the additional limbs when attempting to use surgery to do so

@ghksl123123 nah but you're cooking hard af with that idea. parrying mortar shots is too badass to pass out on.
