Welcome to the nice mod!
I try to balance the game in aspects that annoy me, and potentially you too
Take note: I’m balancing the fun of the game, not necessarily the difficulty


Characters
Most of them are so boring that you never play them outside of achievements and I decided to change that. Now every character either has a completely new mechanic with the items they start with or their initial mechanic is improved in some way. I won’t give you spoilers, so check that out for yourself.


Rooms
Once you’ve played, like, 100 hours of Isaac you really start noticing the lack of variety in special rooms. So, there’s more now.

Normal
Shops can now contain pickups and enemies, making them worth it to check out if you have a spare key
More secret rooms
More super secret rooms and their look variety
Sacrifice rooms can now contain pickups, making them rooms of at least some importance
Dungeon is now guaranteed to either have an item in it or the black market entrance. This should be in the main game, crawlspaces are so rare that they might as well give you an item

Greed
You won’t be seeing arcade machines in the shop anymore, not like you’re going to use them. There’re replaced with beggars and pickups instead
More curse rooms
More super secret rooms
More money in both of them
Some rooms now autocheck for a super secret room


Itempools
Every beggar except the devil one now have these items in their itempools: Goat head, Eucharist, Treasure map, Blue map, Compass
A bit more damage items in angel deals
Some active items got their recharges changed.
