It's been quite a while, hasn't it?

Initially I gave Lilith dog tooth to make her playable to at least some extent (I'm glad if you like playing as her outside of greed, but I don't)
Well... that's a lazy decision, I gave other characters way more love in that aspect

Now, she also has Immaculate conception (this just seems to make sense)
And backpack!

Is it op? Probably, but it turns out to be fun!

Sorry for updating the mod every 30 seconds, but I just got a lot of ideas today!

Apparently greed secret rooms don't care about their itempools and putting an item into the greed secret room itempool doesn't do anything. Honestly I have no idea why would it even exist then. You don't need this info, but I thought this was unusual.

Finally! The Cain problem is now solved!
I was going back and forth with what items he should start and how I should handle the idea of a character that you don't need to worry about resources with, and finally all of that is resolved.
Cain now starts with D1!
For those who don't remember what it does, it duplicates a random pickup in a room. So, there's niceness of the book of sin and op-ness of D20. Aaaaaaand, you have to unlock it first. Therefore even my thirst for unlockable starting items for characters is quenched. I hope you're going to like playing as him!)

Mostly a Keeper update
What I tried to do with coupon was playing into the theme of Keeper having the store key, so like free store items, but no matter how many times I try, this doesn't seem as rewarding as I expected it to be: 8/10 times you're not going to get much. Like, the lost rewards you with flight, spectral tears and free devil deals for being so difficult, but Keeper is just bad as he is now.
Because of this, I decided to change up what he starts with. He now starts with Crooked Penny, making him quite great for the interesting minmaxing you're going to do with it. The ability to get everything in a shop plays into the theme of stores I initially liked with him (the store key) and the fact that you have to unlock it first is also great. Those who've played my mod might notice that I like adding starting items that you have to unlock first, so this is perfect.
Keeper is the hardest character to get devil/angel deals with, which hinders your power while playing as him. I'm quite a fan of sacrifice rooms and since that's likely the best method to get angel deals as him, you can now find coins in sacrificial rooms more frecuently. Don't forget to utilize this) Although I really recommend installing the "Angels drop items" mod to make angel deals worth it.4
Hallowed ground and Dad's ring are now in the angel itempool.

D20 is now a 4 room charge item. Sounds op, I know, but unless you already have other items to help you accumulate pickups in a room, d20 isn't as good as you think. Even if it is, you mostly rely on batteries while breaking the game, right?
Cain went back to having book of sin. My initial idea with him was "A character you don't have to worry about resources with" but him having d20 isn't necesarily that. You just try to break the game every run, which gets annoying quite quickly, getting a key or a heart every once in a while sounds calmer

I added a bunch of items to the golden chest itempool: Spoon bender, Pyromaniac, Host hat, Broken watch, Magic fingers, Transendence, Shoop da whoop, Brother Bobby, Harlequin baby, Headless baby, Little Steven, Mongo baby, Rotten baby, Sister Maggy
The idea for those items is helping the "If I had explosion immunity/homing/flight, this run would be amazing" situation; The familiars counteract the op-ness of that by being mostly bad. Yes, all of them help you get the conjoined transformation, but apparently people dislike it? Oh well
Book of sin is now a 6 room charge item. Oh no! I've made something worse the first time in the mod! Sorry, but this book is actually way better than you think. Health, money, bombs, keys, runes, pills, cards, everything. Plus, Cain starts with it
OG Cain!!! He now starts with phd, which was the thing for Cain in the vanilla Isaac

Coupon is now a 3 room charge item
You can now encounter rooms with three items to choose from on the hush floor
Krampus' Head is now a 4 room charge item
