Description
Does what it says, almost. Makes the AI unable to recruit Agents. The AI does however keep the agents they start the game with. Should work on any campaign.

Even though the AI cannot recruit agents, you, the player, still can.

I'm not 100% sure it isn't my mod. The code behind total war games is so full of jank, that it could be my mod. I am just not sure.

@AirOregon Yes, you're right, it's a graphical problem and I shouldn't have posted it here, I've posted it in the wrong place, I apologize.

I have no idea why that could be happening. This mod changes nothing graphical and only affects the behind the scenes money allocation of the AI. Perhaps you have another mod installed that is causing it?

Every time I activate this mod, all the portraits of the generals, spies, and other male characters turn gray or lead-colored. Could it be because I have to load this mod in a specific order?
