Classic UI

Description
⭐ The first Classic UI mod for Rome Ⅱ on Steam Workshop! ⭐

-----------------------------------------

The mod changes the game's bland, futuristic and plastic-styled windowskin used in the UI and the tooltips, to a stylized classical Graeco-Roman windowskin, which features fine white marble columns of the popular Ionic Order, and imperial red colored background.

-----------------------------------------

Both the columns and the background are of high texture quality but are optimized so they won't affect your game's performance. In addition, the windowskin is solid visible, because the transparency of the windows can tire your eyes and makes it harder for some of us the gamers to read the text.

-----------------------------------------

This small mod is fully compatible with every mod out there, except for the ones that change the Tooltip frame's windowskin (located at: ui → skins → default → tooltip_frame & fe_tab_tooltip_top).

-----------------------------------------

Credits to CA for the game, and to Boicote for the grain effect, which was used as a basis for the red marble background.

-----------------------------------------

The Zethournus's Original Rome II Background is pretty good to be used along with my mod! The two mods are 100% compatible and fit well with each other!

I highly recommend that you try my Better City Names Mod as well!

-----------------------------------------

I hope that you liked it! This is the first real Classic UI released for Rome 2, so far! Any positive feedbacks and critics are welcomed! :)

Enjoy!
