Description

There is a D.I.C.K. (3.0.*) version availible.

Unfortunately, in opposition to Steam rules, PDX moderators recently decided to ban merged-mods. So I had to decide to keep it for private from now on or I would risk to get banned.

Please excuse the inconvenience, but I fear you have to add me to your friends-list for getting access.

3. Sheer Iron BASE + BGIO add-on

Sheer Iron BGIO Edition

This is a merged mod from my Ironman Collection with handpicked mods packed together in a single mod-file, while this time replacing the icon set with Tonausfall's's Better Galaxy Icon Overview. This is a private project, to save loading time and efforts, which I patched together, to allow easiest multiplayer setup.

Included are UI enhancements, like UI Overhauls, UI Color Rework, UI Patches, Bigger and Nicer Fonts, Amazing Space Battles (Ironman Version), Dark Core, Dark Skies, Colored Icons and other stuff. It enhances the view of Stellaris to a level you won't like to miss it in your further games, same as it did for me. The collection is the essence of several years of gameplay, is fully tested for Ironman and is also Achievement compatible.

For multiplayer the other players do not need this mod, however Expanded Colours is included, so the other player may need to load the colors mod to show anything more than a black flag for your empire.

But, if you play a species without using the colours, you could still use this UI enhancement without the other players needing to.

Included Mods

-> UI Overhaul Dynamic
-> UI Overhaul Dynamic - Extended Topbar
-> Tiny Outliner v2
-> UI Overhaul Dynamic + Tiny Outliner v2
-> Dark UI
-> UI Overhaul Dynamic - Dark UI
-> Expanded Colours [180 Colours]
-> UI Overhaul Dynamic + Expanded Colours
-> UI Bigger Font
-> Nice Text
-> Tier Numbers: Buildings
-> No Prime
-> Dark Skies
-> Enhanced Galaxy 2.3: Dark Core
-> ASB Ironman
-> Better Galaxy Icon Overview

Compatibility

- Ironman ready
- Achievement compatible
- Multiplayer ready (Expanded Colours should be loaded by everyone or you have to use a species made without)

Known issue: the 'Better Galaxy Icon Overview' might be overwritten easily by other mods and patches, I'll have to ask the author to find a solution. Up to then, you may try to place it another time at the end of your playlist.

Load Order

Follow the above Load Order Guide to know on which position to best place it in your playset.
It includes UI Overhaul Dynamic, so if you have other mods that depends on it, place this mod at the top.
Do only use one version of Sheer Iron.

Disclaimer

This is a private merged mod project to shorten loading time and avoid incompatibility. I am in no way the author of the included mods. All credits go to the authors of the several included mods. This project will be altered and updated every now and then to fit into the current Stellaris versions. Please refer to the above mentioned links to view the currently included mods.

Game Version

This is patched together for Stellaris 2.8.*

@Kepos Thinking I'm going to be swapping in your mod collections to help thin out my mods list. I do have one suggestion though, if you can do it. In the section of your descriptions where you've listed the mods, it would be good to add in links to the mods instead of just their names.
