Hide Stats Evolved

Awesome Civilization VI Collection

Description
This mod makes player stats visible according to your access levels and alliances and makes over a dozen diplomacy and UI-related mods compatible!
Works in Single Player and Multiplayer. Does not affect the AI or save files.
Makes the "Listening Post" mission is useful!

The game visibility levels are None (0), Limited (1), Open (2), Secret (3) and Top Secret (4). The conditions to access a player's information are the following:
- Basic info (number of owned cities, population, recruited Great People, Wonders): meet the player.
- Economic (gold, favor, tradable resources): visibility lvl 1 / be at peace or be able to make a peace deal. If using the Expanded Alliances mod, you can also be in an Industrial / Urban / Maritime alliance.
- Diplomatic (diplomatic points): visibility lvl 1 / be in any Alliance.
- Cultural (culture, tourism, civics tree leader icon): visibility lvl 2 / be in a Cultural Alliance. To get the required number of visitors for cultural victory, you must be able to access the cultural information of all players.
- Religious (converted cities and civilizations, religious followers, faith): visibility lvl 2 / be in a Religious Alliance.
- Scientific (science, technologies, scientific victory advancement, tech tree leader icons): visibility lvl 3 / be in a Research Alliance.
- Military (captured capitals, military strength, territory domination if using BBG): visibility lvl 4 / be in a Military Alliance. If using the Expanded Alliances mod, you can also be in an Espionage alliance.
- Score (global score, era score, Great People points): visibility lvl 4 / be in a Military Alliance. If using the Expanded Alliances mod, you can also be in an Espionage alliance.

Additional details:
- Unrevealed cities are not included when displaying the majority religion of a civilization (and followers / filtered cities if using Better Religion Window). Calculation is smart and works on the minimum information you need to draw conclusion: for example, if a player has 5 cities and information on 3 of them is available, and all those 3 are converted to your religion, the mod will consider this civilization converted even with this incomplete information.
- If religious stats are available, the number of converted cities/followers is automatically adjusted and values displayed as ranges.
- If there is an information gap of at most 1 level, most values (culture/tech yield, military strengh, etc.) are displayed within a [-25%,+25%] range.
- The number of captured capitals is displayed as a range according to the fog of war and military information availability.
- In the Global Resource Popup, the resources of a player appear only if you have access to economic information.
- In the World Rankings, the victory progress of a player appears as zero if the relevant information cannot be accessed. The access level of team stats (in multiplayer) is the lowest access level out of all players of the team.
- If a capital of a player is unrevealed and military info cannot be accessed, an exclamation icon replaces the star.
- Affects information display in: Civics Tree, Diplomacy Ribbon, Diplomacy Action Viewer, Global Resources Popup, Leader icon and tooltip, Religion Screen, Tech Tree, World Rankings and World Congress Popup. Mods affecting these elements that are not in the supported list may not work.

Changes in Greatest Cities:
- Only revealed cities or cities that have "score" access are shown.
- For revealed cities, scores only include information that can be accessed.
- All options related to unrevealed cities / wonders are permanently disabled.
- Included a fix for "NaN" errors when cities are damaged.

Customization:
- If you want to change the thresholds for information masking, (de)activate icon randomization in the civics/tech tree, etc., you can edit the values in ..\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\2423591440\Support\HSE_config.lua
- Extended Diplomacy Ribbon adds diplomacy ribbons in the Diplomacy Action panel. If you want to disable this feature, set a hotkey in Options -> Key Bindings and use it. You can change the default behavior in ..\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\2423591440\Support\HSE_config.lua.

To ensure compatibility with the mods listed above, Hide Stats Evolved integrates code fragments from them. Credits to them. Features of these mods are available only if the respective mods are installed.

If you only want compatibility between the listed mods, check my other mod Diplomacy Compatibility Patch. Do not use both mods at the same time.

Can you fix the compatibility between SuzerainAtAGlance and Concise UI Reloaded?

@GoodNewsFirst I made some minor improvements related to standard and R&F modes. Your game should be fine now, please let me know how it goes.

@Good News First
Thanks for the report, the issue is now fixed. It happended only in the standard ruleset. Note that I haven't tested the standard or R&F rules recently (which is why I missed this bug), so compatibility with other diplomacy mods is better in GS rules compared. I'll check those later.

Hey. We're still having the same issue as EmpatheticEye in our multiplayer game. We also can't open the tech or civic trees. Everything seems to work fine when disabling the mod and reloading the save. Not sure if it matters, but we are playing standard rules with all leaders. We are also using Better Report Screen (UI) and Extended Policy Cards.
