--A Black-Mesa HD Remaster Mod--
About
This is an HD textures pack for Black-Mesa, textures have been upscaled to 4x with AI Gigapixel so this is basicaly a remaster since this contain everything from the main game but with textures in 4k (4x), this version include maps textures, props and npcs in 4k! Take note that 99 percent is done basicaly it almost in its final state, only thing not included in this version yet are upscaled decals, fence and some textures that were causing me trouble, so if you see some texture that are low res this is normal its because it is in vanilla but there are really few of them, not that noticable! And of course all of theses will be included in the final version (2.0) and alpha channel for texture that need it will be added! All the bugs and glitch such as sign not having the right scalling/weird textures/textures animations not working! welll dont worry all this will be also fixed so no need to type them down i already made a huge list of what need to be fixed!

Since this mod dosent replace any maps files (only textures files) it is 100% compatible with any mods that dosent change bm textures, so yes any single-player maps that work on bm 1.5 is compatible with this mod! Mod that change vanilla maps such as oar uncut bm classic and all thoses kidn of mods will also work. And yes bmce vanilla or hd is also compatible!

Special thanks to everyone that helped me improve that mod from version 1.7 by pointing out bug!

This mod is 18 gb compressed and 31 gb uncompressed!

Note that on lower end system with under 3gb ram you might encounter fps drop in some area like xen!
-If when you start your game and textures are super low res, check your graphics options in bms, sometimes it reset to low when its about big textures mod!
-Loading will be longer then usuall and thats normal!

Installation

Subscribe and it will automatically download all the content! You need to install it manually!
First off, go to your main steam folder then steamapps/workshop/content/362890/2488607907
Now open the rar file and follow the installation.txt! (If your not sure no you dont put the rar file in custom, you have to put the folder that is next to the installation.txt in custom)

If you want to get the weapon pack in my pictures its called hev replacement pack from thanez, i will put the link to his mod and all the other mod i use with my mod, i highly suggest you get thoses mods from other modders also to get a better experience!

Compatible Campaign/Map
My mod has also been tested and work with every map/campaign that is compatible with bms 1.5! If you want the complete list take a look at my collection pined to this mod! (Note there can be terrain bug in some mod that bms dosent have but i will fix that in next update)

I don't mean to downplay the absurd amount of effort it must've taken to put in, and it looks amazing for what it is.

@GreyHound91 Remaking textures from scratch in higher quality would for sure bring better results, but thats not exactly doable in reasonable time span without reasonably sized team. If upscaled textures are not to your liking, just dont use this mod, simple as that.

The 18.4 to 18.5 gb is compressed in a rar file but the game can't access rar files so it must be extracted. It's between 33.3 and 33.4 gb when it's uncompressed.

@Trollfacegaming90 Dany is working on mapping stuff nowadays so 2.0 isnt happening any time soon. Im slowly working on what I would call spiritual sequel to BMHD when ever I get time from my other projects though, but since it wont be simple upscale mod its going to take a while.
