CV CPU Tier 4 Class 5, Unlock Level 25, Vanilla and Reforged Eden

Primary roles: Multi-role combat CV, optional mining, farm, storage, hangar, production, utility, upgradable

The MCRN 258 was built as a new multi-role combat vessel. It unlocks at player level 20 for vanilla players and player level 25 for Reforged Eden players. Depending on upgrades done, it can perform many functions besides combat. Inside the ship there is a large information LCD with much more details on upgrading. This ship also comes unnamed with only it's model chassis number but is ready for a player to add their own name up to 8 characters long (Text Decals)

IMPORTANT: Reforged Eden players must add 1 basic CPU core, 2 Improved CPU cores, and 1 Advanced CPU core to get it to 2.1 million needed for stock function. Do not fly the ship around until the cores are added or you will risk destroying a generator.

Stock Features:

The 258 comes with 6 canon, 6 minigun, and 4 rocket turrets. It has locations to add many more turrets as well as 8 launchers. Vanilla users should not have to make any CPU changes. Reforged Eden players will want to add additional CPU to the ship to accommodate additional CPU costing features. Other stock features include: Full medical bay, 3x320K storage, 1x320K ammo storage, a few cargo boxes, full medical bay, armor locker, armor repair, 27 grow plot farm(grow plots not included), exterior lights, crew area, mining room, CPU core room, o2 and dispensor, front and rear wifi, detector, T2 shield, warp core, pentaxid tank, 2 advanced constructors, and 2 passenger seats.

Upgradeable Features:

In the ship you will find info and locations to add 2 XL CV thrusters, 6 mining drills and 1 multi-turret, repair bay and console, teleporter, locations to add additional front armor(2 bulk head areas), long range radar(Reforged Eden only), 27 grow plots (Grow lights and on/off switch included), 6 1x3 generators, offline protection, 2 additional constructors or de-constructors, 14 additional auxiliary or quantum cores, many more turrets and 8 launchers.

Other general information:

Unlike the MCRN-Tachi, the 258 can land and be boarded from the ground without a specific docking platform. The ship does not however offer ground loading HV support due to its shape and design. It is designed for frontal combat and can hit max speeds in all directions even without adding 2 optional XL forward thrusters. The front of ship has no important parts and is set up to add armored fill blocks or a decoy item such as a small generator, turret, or thruster. Every area has its own o2 zone in case a breach takes place in combat.
