War Wagon Repeater Rifles bugfix

Description
The War Wagon Crew have been using the wrong repeater rifles since the Warden patch added a gun specifically for them. Previously they were using the outrider repeater rifles, and thus have not been benefiting from the buffs they were assigned to get in said patch.

This mod hooks the War Wagon Crew to the correct Rifles, making them perform as per their stat card.

While it doesn't crash the game, this mod will override the gun currently used by War Wagons in SFO while not updating the stat card. Effectively causing a similar issue in SFO, as this mod seeks to correct in Vanilla.

battle_entity_stats_tables is the only thing actually needed, but I'm a modding noob so I thought I was playing it safe by adding all the tables for the Unit.

I'll get rid of the unnecessary tables.

I mean there are a few small-arm projectiles like blowpipes that have no vegetation ignore timer, but not any rifle/muskets/arrows

@Bastilean You are correct, "battle_entity_stats_tables" is the actual fix, "project_tables" has an unnecessary change to vegatation ignore time, and the other tables are just unmodified vanilla entries.
