Bridges and Canals

Description
Adds two new improvements, "Bridge" and "Canal", allowing land units to cross water and water units cross land. This includes trade units.

IMPROVEMENT - Bridge:
The core logic for this was borrowed from the Civil War Scenario but I had to make some adjustments to the pathfinding logic in the dll for land trade routes. It is built by a work boat which is consumed in the process.
- Allows land units to enter this tile.
- Available with Engineering.
- Requires two adjacent land tiles.
- Maintenance cost of 3 gold per turn.

IMPROVEMENT - Canal:
- Allows water units to enter this tile.
- Available with Machinery
- Maintenance cost of 3 gold per turn.


I had to make changes to the dll for both of these features so unfortunately this mod isn't compatible with anything else that modifies the dll. I've tried to make it easy for others to use the pathfinding logic in the dll. The Civil War scenario makes use of a field in the IMPROVEMENTS table called "AllowsWalkWater" to allow for land units to enter that water improvement. I've added a corresponding "AllowsSailLand" to allow for water units to enter that land improvement. Please feel free to make use of this dll in other mods. Just drop me a "thanks" somewhere.

@Theholyocean ar you dumb?! IGE can spawn ANYTHING. modded or not. and if IGE cant find it it dont work. i have many mods that adds units and improvments and IGE can find themm all. so stop talking shit moron

The Bridge is working fine. You also can build a road on top of it. However, the Canal is NOT working. After building it for 10 rounds, no ship can pass the Canal, nor does a city recognize itself as coastal. Is it an issue with that DLL file? Do I have to install the DLL manually (in that case: where to find it and why not mentioned in the description)?

Canals seemed to not work with this mod from quite some time, if workers can't built bridge, try work boat

A silly question, how to build a canal or a bridge? I don't see any new icons for worker's actions. Are there any shortcuts? Thanks.

I love this mod and it used to work but now it isn't working. I can build it but my ships can't pass through it.
