I am unaware if there are additional Skills/Traits the Paramedic is supposed to offer but, as it stands, this Profession should never be taken from a balancing standpoint.
If you are receptive to balancing comments, might I suggest two options? A: reduce the Paramedic Trait cost by 2-3 points and add +1 Fit or B: keep Paramedic at the current Trait cost but, add the Night Owl Trait.
FYI
The Workshop id line is what tells the game which mods to download from the workshop.
The Mod id line is what tells the game which mods to activate, but of course they need to be downloaded to work.
