-Changes how Entrepreneur works.

-Probably the last update since the original is being updated regularly now. It's even adding new occupations. Check it out!

-Now requires the updated original Profession Framework mod instead of the now obsolete Build 41 Patch version.
-Updated to match the minor changes to the original Dub's Profession Mod. Might actually just be a couple things that I missed before...
-The starter kits will now obey both the StarterKit sandbox setting or the Profession Framework AlwaysUseStarterKits variable (default true in the framework code; meaning you'll always have the custom starter kits). The Profession Framework was meant to work this way.
-Now compatible with build 40. Waiter and Surgeon will have Blade Maintenance instead of Maintenance when running build 40.
-Changed the profession id's to hopefully be more compatible with other mods that add professions with the same name as ones from this mod.
-Prepper profession now has a custom starter kit.

-Added the Prison Guard and Entrepreneur occupations
-The following occupations now have additional starting items when StarterKit is enabled in custom sandbox settings:
Teacher
Professor
Student
Librarian
Paramedic
Lifeguard
Garbage Man
Soldier
Waiter
Botanist
Entrepreneur

Waiter and Surgeon were not showing anything because they were trying to add the skill BladeMaintenance, but all maintenance skills have been combined into one skill called Maintenance. This has been fixed.
