sanitation++ (Rank and Unit Size Version)

This mod takes sanitation++, which is a modified version of People of Rome 2 (P++), adding both population mechanics and sanitation to Rome II BUT THEN makes it compatible with Rank and unit Size.

And now population mechanics reflect that! When used with Rank and unit Size, Sanitation++ now properly requires 320/240 population for units to be mustered.

Missile units and cavalry are 240.
Infantry are 320.
Navies are affected too.

THIS IS NOT A UNIT 3x MOD. YOU STILL NEED THE RANK AND UNIT SIZE MOD.
