Description
This submod disables all civil wars by giving all opposing political parties an absurd amount of loyalty. Load it above the main mod in the load order and you're good to go!

Could you do a mod about no food consumption and or with no upkeep, I am a faction with like 3 territories and I barely can substain a full army, while my enemy holds one small village and can have 3 full armies
