Better Balanced City Centers

Description
Rebalances city center yields: 3 1 guaranteed on all flat, 2 2 guaranteed on all hills.
Rest is consistent with civ default formula:
yield=max(guaranteed yield, (tile yield - removable feature yield))
Hope you enjoy not spamming like a peasant anymore :)

Compatible Mods:
BBG, BBS, MPH, BSM, Z city centers. The codebase is separate, so it should be compatible with all

Update 1.1:
1)I have added an option to apply the extra yields to Capital city only (default ON, if you switch it OFF in Advanced Options you will have the mod working for all the cities).
2) Removed Gathering Storm dependency, mod loads different sql files based on your expansions and dlc

It would be nice if we can give city center different yields for different terrains.

So I tried to modify this a bit. The changes are 1 production for plains/plain hills city center, 1 faith for tundra/tundra hills city center and 1 food for the rest but it doesn't seem to work.

Vito, currently I have this version integrated in BBG, with some minor changes. I was thinking of changing a standalone version in a way that you can choose your own yields with a slider or something

Ye, modifiers shouldn't interfere with one another so it is compatible
