Balance

Like vanilla undivided chosen, in CA files for WH3 so far:
They are recruited at tier 4 building.
They have same stats but with 800 barrier.
They cost 100 more to recruit and 25 more upkeep. On both custom and campaign (cost was different).
They use the same buffs as the knights. (not showed in the skills ui description)

Hey there Jo!
Since it's unclear to me if you are planning to return or you are retired from modding I'm here to ask if you would be cool with me reposting an updated version of this mod with full credits to you?
I had to change a few minor graphical things that were borked and redo all the ws files (and i would like to add a few custom weapons made by me since you left space for some variants) but the vast majority of your work is pretty much intact.
