Since it's unclear to me if you are planning to return or you are retired from modding I'm here to ask if you would be cool with me reposting an updated version of this mod with full credits to you?
I had to change a few minor graphical things that were borked and redo all the ws files (and i would like to add a few custom weapons made by me since you left space for some variants) but the vast majority of your work is pretty much intact.
I have not updated them yet, but yes you can with credits.

I dont expect to be modding until this winter anyway. I'm sure by this time there might be some awesome reskin done by other modders, so we'll see how it turns out! I need to rest and enjoy the game as it is for the time being, I work IRL too much to do everything atm, and modding will have to wait.
Yes thats what I have in mind. I dont have much time for now though, but someday in the future!
I'm considering making a new mod eventually instead, we'll see.
Its complicated, we'll know soon enough.
We'll see how broken things get, likely the DLC will break this mod both game wise with the upgrade system and part of the skins i used in this mod seems to not exist anymore and I doubt CA have kept them lingering in the files just to make my life easier tbh :P
But the good news is, we get a lot of new assets and effects to work with, so yes I want to make a faction reskin in the future and maybe a companion mod adding units with weapon variants and maybe a melee lord and hero as well!
Though it might take a while as I dont have much time to mod until winter.
That or perhaps give them arcane mirth/elemental mastery? have them actually contribute a bit to what makes Tzeentch good in the first place, the spellcasting.
New/casual players would even find them OP because they would try to melee them and get grinded down. They dont see they have 28 speed and can be kitted or cycle charged etc instead...
As for the skills, it isnt the greatest, but its for balance reasons so as to not make the buffs good for all tier of units, which is then a no brainer skill. Until CA add new skill set anyway as I dont want to add custom ones for compatibility reasons.
I just double checked, and everything is fine.
So its on your end, either another mod that conflict, like radious maybe? radious use part of my models but not 100% I think.
Knights are part of my reskin mod, not this one. (just in case you used radious again)
Also if you changed your graphic settings like "units details", it may result in only one variant being loaded if its set too low.
Also try the mod alone if you did not already.
- added Multiplayer Cap for when its enabled, greatswords and great weapons variants share the same cap.
Small fix: moved the Chosen of Tzeentch (Halberds) in the Daemon Prince glory tree further to not hide the faction bonus icon.
