I will add more once I learn how to make 2D drawings in the Grease Pencil/Animation mode better.

Brushes
To change the type of brush, ya go here:


Click on the brush image:


As one can see, there's a nice tiny selection of brushes to use. Click on the one that ya want and paint/doodle away.

Paint Can

After drawing the sketch, click on the Paint Can and then go to the and click where the red circle border is located at and click on it. This will take ya to the paint can mode where ya can fill up the space, now ya can fill up that particular selected area.


Now you can fill up that area that ya want. Just like what I did here.


Clockwork




This is another method on how to fill up your drawing space. All you need to do is
Layers
Adding


To add layers, click on the Stroke and then a drop menu called layers will appear. Click on the + button to get a new layer.


Behold the new layer for all your drawing needs.
Eraser

Click on the Eraser icon on the side menu.


Similar to the brushes example, the eraser has a similar menu set up. So, click on the eraser box and change it to the type that ya want, if ya so please.
How To Render
After finishing with your art, go to Render and click on Render Image.


Once the render picture pops up, click on Image and


Go to Save As


Then name your file.

Now you're free to upload it on Steam, Deviantart or whatever site that allows art or bring your piece to another editing software for further tweakings.


Note: This is how you save in a .png file in Blender (I dunno if there's other ways).

Stylus Pen - Pen Adjustments


To adjust the pen, just press your tablet pen stylus's button and hold down. A menu like this should pop out.

(You can callibrate your drawing tablet buttons to do this.)
