My third addon in a row relating to Civil Protection.

Basically Scoman's Metropolice Elite, the actual Valve model leaked by PelPix brought to gmod by him, with changes and additions by me, with viewmodel hands by yours truly, not much else to say, took me like 20 minutes to put everything together and the custom hand texture was like half of that.
