Neco-Arc

Description
Adds Neco-Arc, which makes funny noises and may or may not help your colony.

Inspired by Housekeeper Cat, this wonderful creature can be trained to do regular human tasks such as cooking, mining, researching, cleaning, hauling, etc. and can also be packed for caravans.

Compatible with A Dog Said, More Vanilla Biomes, Alpha Biomes and Animal Weapons.
