Description
Note

I wanted to re-balance all magic, mostly without changing core mechanics or effects.
Most Damaging spells of the same category but different lores, will have similar cost and damage.
Buffs and debuffs, generally regarded as waste of Winds, can have increased duration,
an increase in range and effectiveness and lower Winds of magic cost.
I hope to bring the buffs and debuffs to a level where they are not so dramatically outshined by Damage spells.

I exactly describe every change I made below.
If you find some to be OP or still useless please say so in the comments.


Numbers in front are regular cast, in brackets are overcast.
If there are no brackets, overcast is not changed.
If there are only brackets it means there is no change to the Spells normal cast.




Skullstorm
  • Wind-cost 11 -> 10 (17 -> 15)
  • Damage AP 0 -> 3 ( 0 -> 5)

Cursed Blade
  • Cooldown 28 -> 25
  • Wind-cost 3 -> 5 ( 5 -> 9)
  • Duration 25 -> 40
  • Added Bonus vs Large +16 to Normal cast.

Restless Dead
  • Duration 6 -> 9

Protection
  • Phys.Res. 40 -> 25
  • Duration 18 -> 40 (36 -> 40)

Righteous Smiting
  • Cooldown 43 -> 35
  • Duration 32 -> 35
  • Reload buff added to normal cast

Desiccation
  • Cooldown 51 -> 45
  • Wind-cost 15 -> 10 (21 -> 16)
  • Melee Atk for normal cast -20 -> -40
  • Normal cast is single target.
Vengeance
  • Cooldown 38 -> 35
  • Damage 5 -> 7

only overcast is aoe. I just tested it in a battle it works as intended.
In battle you are hovering over the normal cast version.

So in the Skills area it says all upgraded spells are AOE, but when I get into an actual battle, it only says that it effects one unit. Here are some screenshots. Any thoughts? This is the only mod that I have that effects magic. Not required, functions just fine.

yes, I checked the tomb king mod. It does change the same lines.
You might want to try switching up the load order but that doesn't seem to work anymore but maybe you're lucky.:happyio:

Ahh my bad I forgot to mention I'm using Tomb Kings Extended. Their Nehekharan spells are at vanilla values so I assumed it wouldn't matter but it's probably editing something. Ah well, thanks for checking I appreciate that!

Just tested it. It works. Either there is a mod conflict with other mods, or you need unsub go into your files check if steam deleted the mod properly then resub and check if it got downloaded again.
