Better Greater Arcane Conduit

Description
You would think that greatest casters in Warhammer world like Mazdamundi, Teclis or Kairos would have more impact than measly 10%.

10% is casting 11 same spells for the cost of 10.

Don't be troubled no more, greater arcane conduit is now 50%, which is not op when you consider that only few great casters have it.

Fair, tho truth be told i got into modding game myself via rpfm and made myself mod to do just that. So no need to make one anymore on my account, but thank you for replying and again for amazing mod.

why not give strengthening spells according to lore, slans there 50% for example, teclis 40%, etc., I can give you advice if you need advice on lore and to whom what and how to give
