Description
All states have been turned into countries.

All state-nations are recognized and start on a similar footing, only with regional differences!

- Homelands are the same as for Vanilla Victoria 3.
- Primary cultures are determined as followed: Largest culture, then second largest if bigger than 30% but max two primary cultures.
- Buildings: If a state would have less than 25 barracks it is set to 25 (The AI is smart enough to delete execess levels it cant/should not maintain)
- The 14 Vanilla regions have a different preset of tech starting level, starting literacy and starting wealth

Recommendations while using this mod:
- Turn at least the AI to aggressive

@Forsaken the first few months are slower than the rest as the game has to makeup lots of generic data for the countries like new characters and such

Not to leech off this comment section but my sub mod for this mod has a setting for africa to be either playable or colonise-able!

I have 7800X3D and the game starts laggy from the get go. This is the only mod which is activated. Do you guys having a similar problem?

It's a real shame that there are no colonies and nothing can be colonized.

@TAS04159 That's because vanilla AI isn't too keen on this sort of thing. You'll need to get modding aggression values and implement a bunch of new AI types.

I've been customising this mod somewhat, I've bumped aggression up and then I'm looking to see if I can't promote the AI's use of the Expand Core Territory and Unify [Country] (And expand the number of countries it can unify into). Maybe mess with infamy a fair bit too to promote greater aggression.

When I'm playing with this mod the SoL expectation is always 0, hover over the SoL and it should tell you the expected minimum. Unless something's gone a bit funky in my download.

I mean, it's never 0 because you get an SoL expectation boost from literacy and tech, but the base level is 0 on every class.

I cant follow. What SoL requirements do you mean? I dont recall doing anything of that kind
