This is a collection of all the Stalingrad South multiplayer maps currently available for download.

Created with the use of German Aerial Reconnaissance photos and further backed by historical footage, documentation, and first-hand accounts. From their topography to their flora, meticulous attention to detail is being put into creating historically accurate, 1:1 scale reproductions of 1.1km² areas located in the south of Stalingrad. As we are attempting to make these maps mimic, as accurately as we can, the state of the battlefield as it was in September 1942, these maps will be updated as new information becomes available to us.

Although they are completely functional in vanilla, we have found that these maps tend to have topography that plays really well with extended range and/or realism mods and so we recommend those in order to enhance your experience.

We are focusing on area's where fighting was recorded to have occurred during the German's September advance into the city. Eventually we plan to release an aerial photo of Stalingrad's southern area with our maps overlaid in a grid pattern. Each map will have a unique id (map 1.1, map 1.2, etc) that can be used to identify them on the aerial photo so you will be able to track which part of the city you are fighting in.
