Plasma Weaponry

Description
Plasma weaponry are incendiary energy weapons that get unlocked after the disruptor in the tech tree.

This mod adds plasma weaponry, those includes:

"Plasma Blaster", which is a small plasma weapon with decent penetration.
"Heavy Plasma Blaster", which is a bigger plasma weapon that can penetrate a small shield.
"Plasma Missiles", which is a missiles that deals moderate damage and light a large area on fire.

This mod doesn't add any ships.
If possible i would like some Cabal and Imperium ships using those weapons.

Any help from a spriter is welcomed.

Hi!! I don't know if you are still working on this mod or not?

I've made a complete sprite overhaul and 'balance' pass of the mod.

Latest update crashes the mod. Need to change CommonReloadTimerMed to CommonReloadTimerEMP i think. Should fix it.
