Description
What is this?
Addon that brings 'realistic' fragmentation to Garry's Mod. The new system shoots "bullets" (shrapnel) in all directions, creating chaotic explosions that immerse you in the battlefield.

Features
  • Customizable fragments - Modify the damage, ammount and type of fragments (traces or bullets)
  • Ricochet system - Fragments will bounce off surfaces if they hit at an appropriate angle
  • Visible fragments* - Some fragments are now visible as they fly through the air
  • Whitelist - Add sounds that trigger explosions (now works in multiplayer)
  • Custom sounds - Hear the shrapnel fly by your head!
  • Dynamic Weapon Reverb support

*works only with bullets

Also Im not sure how that could be the issue. Im using custom models for combines and zombies myself and everything works fine on my end

Try setting the Max Fragment Damage to the highest value and see if that helps
