Including letting the gestalts to use it, spawning new enclave country after they're destroyed, spawn the enclave in random angles so they don't overlap with each other (they still have chance to do so though, since it's random), and improve game performance a bit (by simplifying the method when seeking for the right county). Btw, the errors of Chinese translation is solved and included in this mod
Could you remove this check from your decisions, you already disallow AI from taking it with ai = no, all this does is disable Gestalts from using it.
I can't interact with the newly created enclave at all after getting a message that the original enclave has been destroyed.
