I've made some adjustments to this seems-to-be not updating mod.

Including letting the gestalts to use it, spawning new enclave country after they're destroyed, spawn the enclave in random angles so they don't overlap with each other (they still have chance to do so though, since it's random), and improve game performance a bit (by simplifying the method when seeking for the right county). Btw, the errors of Chinese translation is solved and included in this mod

Could you remove this check from your decisions, you already disallow AI from taking it with ai = no, all this does is disable Gestalts from using it.

I had a merchant enclave spawn on my territory before it was destroyed, but it doesn't work properly.

I can't interact with the newly created enclave at all after getting a message that the original enclave has been destroyed.

Yeah I think that if they've already gotten wiped out this won't re-create them - you need to invite them before they're fully extinct unfortunately

The curators enclave got wiped out and then I tried to invite them to a planet and they didn't come, is this intentional?

One issue with the galactic proposal one (I do like that option though) is that you can currently use this to open up new "branches", if you will...

also, @Rhaeven, you would be more like the Precurors. the "Fallen Empires" are just powerful empires that fell into disrepare. The Precururs are called that because they, well, are the creaters (or precursurs) of a lot of modern day life!

Thanks for the tip! That mod looks great but it adds too many other features I'm not interested in at the moment. I did end up finding a mod called "Engineers of Life - Lite" which kinda does what I was looking for ^^

@Crecidious/CTH yeah, I'll have to think about what I'd want to do here. Maybe an additional submod?
@Stereolizard - that's my own personal solar system initializer! If you like large ringworlds though, may I suggest gigastructural engineering?
@Rhaeven - check out darkspace! I think their arcane ascension perk does that, although I'm not 100% sure since I've never spawned the pre-ftls before

Nice mod! Would you consider making a mod that instead spawns pre-ftl civilisations all across the universe? There have been many times where the crisis faction wiped almost everything in the galaxy apart from my L-Cluster bastion, so it would be nice to find/create primitive life even after the end. In a way, you'd be a Fallen Empire yourself.

here's an idea to make it more balanced (If you want, you can make seperate mods. A "balanced" and "unbalenced")

So, basically, you can only invite enclaves you have already met, and have a high enough opinion!

thanks so much, this ins incredibly helpful for many mods that use the enclave in some way, for example acot, secrets beyond the shroud, etc

@bluegreen1024 - point taken, it's because there's a conditional that was left in for owned planets only. I'm about to push an update that would allow it on any owned planet (within a system owned by the player)

I'm playing a game with other mods, so it may be a mod conflict, but I can only take this decision on an inhabited planet, not any owned planet. It is still quite useful though.

@Sjru I left in the option since the enclaves can theoretically coexist with a homicidal player (e.g. a player looking to ascend later with ACOT SBTG), and no mid-game restriction since some players may want to save the enclaves in case they spawn in a homicidal AI's territory. Balance should always be up to the players, anyway :)

@ajacksonian It should still work if you invite them before the empire destroys their base - I haven't tested what happens if you invite them after the empire destroys their base though. I took out the creation of a new enclave empire because I'd assumed people didn't want 5 Xuracorps running around.

I wish that you could invite them if some Empire destroys their base. I've always got some out of the way systems that I'm not going to use for anything where they would be welcome to set up shop.

Nice to have them all together for future enslavement mutually beneficial cooperation
