Simplified Counterspell - SFO

Gives all casters an ability that, when cast on an enemy caster, reduces the effects of spells cast by them for a short duration, and stopping the counterspeller from being able to cast any spells themselves while they concentrate for the duration. You can even reduce buff and debuff effects retroactively (i.e. after theyve already been cast) with the counterspell, as your caster fights to ward off the effects of a spell currently in effect, protecting their own soldiers or diminishing the effect of magical buffs on their enemies.
