Description
This was based on my WH2 mod The Dukes of Bretonnia, but includes tons of changes to all characters, their skill trees and visuals. Each of the new Lords now has their own faction.

Huge thanks to Wolfremio who ported the mod to WH3 and reworked all visuals by creating new models, textures, images and animations.

Mod Features
  • 6 new Faction Leaders for the remaining Dukedoms of Bretonnia
  • 4 Legendary Heroes (3 for Quenelles, 1 for Aquitaine)
  • Confederation Technologies for each new Dukedom
  • Faction Mechanics / Unique Campaign Start

  • Requires Mixer to be able to play the campaign!
  • Can be used together with Mixu's LLs, so every dukedom will have their loreful faction leader.

Compatibility
  • Fully compatible with Immortal Empires Expanded.
  • Somewhat compatible with The Old World / The Old World, Classic without a submod! Some of the unique Quests for The Companions de Quenelles will not work though.
  • Should be compatible with Lily's overhaul.
  • Minor mod conflict with Mixu's Mousillon where AI controlled L'Anguille starts without a settlement.
  • When using Hooveric Overhaul (HVO), place it above the dukes mod.
  • Should be resolved by now, but if you have crashes when starting a new campaign you should enable minor bretonnian factions for Mixer in MCT!

Submods


MCT support allows you to prevent Iselda Artrange from spawning (disabled by default).

Notes
  • The BETA tag does not mean anything is missing or unfinished, but there may still be some things not working as intended. Please leave any bug reports and feedback in the comments below. We will remove the BETA tag when all dukes have some sort of faction mechanic or at least a somewhat unique campaign start.
  • Bertrand le Brigand was removed from the mod, because there's already a great mod doing him justice.
  • Gilon d'Aquitaine is currently only available in custom battles but might return to the campaign at some point.

@Morgan: You could open up the mod in rpfm and remove the technologies or their technology nodes. Apart from that I can talk to ChaosRobie, maybe we can use the same layout for the tech tree, so there's no duplicates.

Is there a way to remove the confederation techs from the research tree? The Old World already has them so it makes some duplicates with this mod and kind of bloats the research tree.

- fixed Iselda not being able to progress her vows

@Cold: Calard, Fastric and Jerrod are exclusive to Quenelles, so I don't see a problem with them not spawning if Quenelles is dead. If you want to have them after confederating, make sure Quenelles survives 30 turns or use recruit defeated LL mod.

For me the brionne tech shows up. What faction are you playing as?

Reading your lua script "tancred_bros.lua" for spawning Quenelles's legendary heroes, I find one problem:
Context: If Quenelles is AI-controlled, on turns 10, 20, 30, the script tries to spawn agents Calard, Fastric, Jerrod.
The problem: if Quenelles is destroyed early on before such stages, then none of those heroes or some of them will never be spawn.

Another problem with the mod is that I don't know why Brionne Heraldry is missing from the technology, making it impossible to confederate Brionne without using pj_console cheat. I have mixu legendary lords and zayli DE. apart from that there is no other mod that touches technology in my mod list.
