Fix Scorched Earth (Invictus)

Description
Fixes micro oddities on the map, such as ravaged territories left uninhabited after a siege.

For Imperator 2.0.* + Invictus.
Compatible with any submod that doesn't change the map layout of Invictus.

Other versions:
· Fix Scorched Earth (Vanilla)
· Fix Scorched Earth (Terra Indomita)

Non-Steam users can find my mods on my Github page[github.com].

The game periodically looks for small oddities:
  • Territories left uninhabited after a siege
  • One-province uninhabited enclaves
  • One-province non-coastal enclaves within large AI empires
When such an oddity is found, it is given to any neighbouring country.

Note: In a civil war or imperial conquest, this mod makes it possible to capture non-coastal forts by simply encircling them, since they fit the third definition above. This is unintended but welcome since those casus belli were meant for rapid progress.

Compatibility notes:
  • Presumed compatible with any submod that doesn't change the map layout of Invictus.
  • Can be activated/deactivated mid-game.
  • All updates should remain save-compatible.
  • Achievement-compatible since Imperator 2.0.4.

@Zamensis What does "after Invictus" mean? Does that mean below Invictus in the Paradox mod launcher?

i like the "razing until nobodly live here" but i'm trying this mod, because i hate uncolonised provinces that block missions

@CovenantKillerJ Mod order doesn't matter as long as its after Invictus
CovenantKillerJ 26 Dec, 2023 @ 3:16pm
could you add a load order for your mods compatible with invictus in the description?
Ritter Ayla 13 Dec, 2023 @ 5:54pm
agreed. and makes sense

@Marci.zyp Yes but it looks ugly. Also I don't think colors represent human presence necessarily, but rather some form of "official" ownership, considering colonizable lands are colorless but not uninhabited.

hiya thanks for the mod! not meaning to argue, but isnt this a feature insteaad of a bug? that after a place gets badly sacked the depopulation is so great it essentially reverts back to being "nature" or "wasteland"?
